Rhodiola Complex

Rhodiola is an adaptogen that is gaining popularity in endurance sports. Increasing VO2 max by improving the stress response and reducing cortisol has been shown to be the best strategy for long-term progress in most endurance sports where high functionality is a prerequisite for success.

Taking Rhodiola at least one hour before activity can improve the stress response, increase oxygen flow and protect muscles from injury.

Rhodiola lowers elevated levels of the stress hormone cortisol, calms an overworked adrenal gland and supports psychophysical recovery after exercise.

Active ingredients in the product:

Rosavins (3%) are active substances extracted from the root of the Rhodiola rosea plant. They are used to reduce stress and increase energy levels and their positive effect on oxygen flow.

Salidrosides (4% total) are rhodioline active substances isolated from the plant itself. Their positive effect on the brain makes them particularly important for overcoming mental fatigue, and they help the body to cope with higher stresses.

4Endurance Pro Rhodiola Complex contains an extract that is standardised to 3% salidrosides and has a positive effect on mood and cognitive performance - the latter being well above the industry standard of 0.8 to 1% salidrosides.

Take 1 capsule 1 hour before physical activity.
